It's just so inconvenient that two holidays in a row like this came up for us here in Quebec. Having a day off in the middle of the week is kind of confusing to the body clock, and having two in a row is a downright tease! gogo Link to comment

No, what I meant was that I was going to make veal parmigiana, my favorite dish, which I take every time I'm at a restaurant that has it but had never bothered to make at home before. Link to comment
