teweller4 0 Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 Ok I know that you hard cap on skills is based on level...but with the + to all skills rings/necklaces I have been receiving my actual skill is well above my hard cap......so my question is there an overall cap on skills? I just hate to level my hard cap to 200 on bargaining if I dont have to if there is a overall cap. Link to comment
