New Icon for Closed Topics...Thanks Yarasa

Yarasa pointed out to me that it was a bit hard to distinguish the closed topics.

He sent me a ton of lock gifs and one of them has just been uploaded.

When using new posts if you see the lock beside a topic it means that thread has been closed.
