Nether Allegiance Decision

Even with looking at the tables that are on the wiki, I'm having a hard time deciding which modifier to choose for Nether Allegiance. I'm following the SW minion route but if anyone has any preferences they would like to share, that would be great. I think the Def up would be better than HP regen because so far I haven't really run into anything that would kill off my 5 man party, but I haven't gotten that far into the game yet and haven't played anything other than silver.

I went for the better armors, and it works well at the moment but I'm only level 36 at silver so maybe that will change later, but with the good boost with resistance bonuses at each level Nether Allegiance rises I'm quite positive that resistance is a better option then the HP regen.
