Anyone else have problems with pelting strikes?

By problems I mean, it doesn't always fire off?

 

Have a regen of around a second on it and sometimes the duel wielding is left to do the damage rather than the ca [pelting strikes] kicking in. It's like I have to sometimes press the attack button 3 or 4 times before finally executing the move.

 

Another skill that doesn't always kick in with one simple press is E Magic (high elf).

 

The controller's fine as I have absolutely no problem using other Combat Arts and I've even tried moving it to another attack slot.

sometimes I have problems like that but only on the RT+A or LT+B (on the 360)

some Combat Arts like RN for the HE don't always work for me if I have them sloted to

trigger + face button so I move them to just a face button if I can
