locolagarto 15
A couple of my friends I talk to say " Nope haven't seen it" And I am like "Really" I must have watched it till it wore out. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116367/ Maybe that was my infatuation with Salma Hayek. OMG! See ya at the Twitty Tister! You feel old my namesake is Madmartigan from the movie Willow! I feel your pain rofl! oh that takes me back. Wow early 80's maybe. haven't see that one in a looooong time. Mathew Brodrick was it? Before or after War Games? Lol it was actually Val Kilmer and it was after war games if I recollect correctly! O.k. I got my movies mixed up. what movie was "Willow" like with Michelle Pfeiffer? Oh "Ladyhawk". My memory isn't what it used to be. thank goodness for Google. Link to comment
Humppaleka 0
I saw this and just hädin to answer. This is such a great movie, loved it since seen it. Vampires, violence, a titty bar and Salma Hayek= pure epicness Even while Tarantino is pop now, this little gem is often overlooked... By the way, isn't this Tarantino's first? Link to comment
Ysne58 236
Remember rotary phones? I did not see that movie, I haven't seen quite a few of the movies that have come out over the years. I'm in my 50s too. Link to comment
kriv 14
I really like that movie.....Selma and the snake!! Not sure how many times I watched that and also Reserior Dogs. Link to comment
FrostElfGuard 9
I just watched the vulgar clip posted above. That was, hands down, the biggest surprise I've ever had in a movie. I expected blood and guts and violence from this movie... not insanely vulgar humour that make me convulse with laughter! rotfl indeed. I think the movie isn't as funny for women though. The women I know don't really like it... so if you're female, you probably should give it a miss. Link to comment

Vampires, violence, a titty bar and Salma Hayek= pure epicness Even while Tarantino is pop now, this little gem is often overlooked... By the way, isn't this Tarantino's first? While Tarantino wrote and starred in it, Robert Rodriguez directed it (later they would collaborate on Grindhouse http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0462322/). Tarantino's first film was Reservoir Dogs which also starred Harvey Keitel. Tom Savini (Sex Machine) is one of the first great horror special effect guys who worked with George Romero (Dawn of the Dead). Showing my 40 years in this post and while this is a good vampire flick I have two suggestions for other quality vampire flicks not as well known. Let the Right One In http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1139797/ & for an older one Near Dark http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093605/ which was directed by Kathryn Bigelow who recently directed The Hurt Locker (while not a vampire flick, is a really good movie as well.) rnarchlord 0
Actually, there were three movies in the Dusk 'tll Dawn series. The first had George Clooney in it but the setting was the cantina on the edge of the cliff in the series. Every so often all three show up on one of the premium cable services (HBO, Showtime, Encore). The first was made not too long after Clooney left ER. And yes, I'm over 40 but I'm not saying how far over. Link to comment
