The Unflippable Downside Up Build - Pyromancer (mostly)

Alright my wizened counsel of wise counselating counselors;

 

Here is my attempt; I would appreciate all special insights. I try to pour over all the ramifications like a dutiful, patient, experienced planner of builds and plans. But Geoff (my drooling minion) has discovered the pleasure of clanging the battered helmets of fallen foes together - which has left me with a quite dreadful headache.

 

Currently I have learned the arts of:

 

1. Pyromancer Lore
   
2. Mystic Lore
   
3. Pyromancer Focus
   
4. Ancient Magic
   
5. Concentration
   
6. Delphic Lore
   

 

Which leaves me with four more. Geoff isn't my only companion (most days) as the Inquisition has acquiesced to my demand for an escort. Lester is a capable sort. I plan to further my studies with the following:

 

1. Bargaining
   
2. Enhanced Perception
   
3. Delphic Focus
   

 

And a fourth.... which I just can't seem to decide on. Geoff suggests "boogers" *eyeroll* I keep telling him that his claw is gonna stick there one day. I do hope that one of you might have a more useful suggestion.

I would at least drop the enhanced perception and take armor lore. You'll find plenty of goodies out there without EP. Gotta keep the figure well protected. And until Geoff figures out how to help that extra cloth will really help. And for that last Shield lore. You have an empty hand so might as well put a shield in it. Also gives you more sockets to add goodies into. And It might prevent you from putting a whip in hand. I'm sure Geoff will apreciate that. Besides you can bang him over the head with a shield. Keeps your nails from breaking.

Seconded, drop EP and get Armor Lore then pick Constitution for your 10th skill.

Hehe, oh you shadow warriors - with your Grecian hair; us fiery sorts have a melty spot for that 'dark and silent' type. That would round out my four perfectly.

Armor lore is a definite yes. I am having to think a little about constitution vs shield. both would be my dream here. since you can pump Grand Invigoration Buff and the vitality attribute till the cows come home you could get away from constitution. although if you look at armor as virtual hit points. Constitution may provide enough hit points to overcome the lack of armor. especially with 75 hard points in Constitution you get real time HP regen that stacks with vitality and Grand Invigoration.

 

So know that I have thought this through out loud for all to here the wind between my ears, one question. do like to play is safe and comfortable or dynamic and a little risky?
