locolagarto 15 Posted March 3, 2010 Author Share Posted March 3, 2010 yes, you recommended that, but I think that I had disconnected and connected (how do I say that process in english?) the modem not the router. a proper broadband internet reset is to turn off all devices. turn on modem first, then router, then PC. that usually fixes any problems that are inside your home, as long as you didn't change anything to cause the issue.
