How do you trade gold online, whats the highest +all skills you can get?

Well I'm back with a few noob questions again, thanks to all those that helped me last time and I hope to get some fast help again so I can jump back in game and do some killing.

 

My questions are:

 

1. How do you trade gold(xbox 360)? I seen a guy online open a trade with me and put gold into the trade but I have no idea how I add gold to trades?

 

2. Is it possible to get 100% combat reflect so you never get hit at all? And does +chance to reflect combat have deminishing returns or does the 6% chance really mean 6%

 

3. Whats the highest +all skills can you get? I have seen say +10 all skills are their higher ones?

 

4. Lastly I really dont understand the defense system can someone tell me what the difference between armor and defense is and in what order does the game check their vaules?
