Can you find +skills gear in shops without bargaining?

can you find +skills gear in shops without bargaining, as im stuck between wanting to play a shadow warrior but feeling forced to play my HE in order to supply my and my girlfriends charcter with +skills gear. im ok with finding it in later difficulties as silver and gold if even that.

you can find them without bargaining.... but the time you need to invest will increase alot.

 

Even high end bargainers dont find alot per shop, so I'd have to say, if you want +all skills, go Bargain.

yeah I have a level 106 high elf with 310 bargaining that gets up to plus 9 all skills but they are very rare like one every 20 or so shops
