sasukekun21 0
Hi.I would like learn which of them are best weapons.I use ice flash but I compared those weapons and the differences are very small. - Ice flash=it increases attack but it reduces weapon damage(a little)comparing with the flame smiter. - Flame smiter=it increases weapon damage bit it reduces attack(a little)comparing with ice flash. My question also is to keep going with ice flash or change to flame smitter. While I was farming I saw that flame smtter dropped easier than ice flash. The only reasons I keep ice flash except the nice damage it has also it has freeze too. What should I do?Please post your opinions if you want.Ty ;p Link to comment
Dragon Brother 619
I guess it will come down to your personal preference. I would prboably pick Flame smiter if I had to pick between the two, the extra damage and also the fact that it causes burn which does more damage whereas ice flash only freezes (or slows down) opponents. Of course, I would pick two officers sabers over the two, the extra gold sockets are very nice Link to comment

sasukekun21 0
Hmm well I like ice flash's appearence so much ;p If I keep 2x ice flashes instead of flame smiters the difference for damage between them will be small or big ? Link to comment
Dragon Brother 619
Not really, both of them deal more damage than similar weapons (probably most of them, if not all of them) of the same level and difficulty, however socket a few rings with damage: xx-xx if you feel you need a little more damage. I think they give some nice damage ;p the stats on Unique rings and amulets are almost always lower than what you can buy from merchant with good bargaining skill. the Merchant blacksmith can socket 9.8% damage even in Silver. the rings to look for have base damage. the modifier will be yellow and look like damage XX-XX , where XX is a fixed number. Dragon Brother 619
In reality you want as high a level bargaining as possible (means better chance to find good stuff faster), and also to do your shopping in as tough a difficulty as you can since this will increase maximum values that you can get spawning on the rings. How much level bargaining must be so I can have access to nice rings at merchant? it scales exponentially with character level. at low level 2X -3X character level. at higher levels such at 100 + it may take 3X-4X chracter level to see all rare items. Shopping takes patience too. create a special set of armor with all +bargaining, +all skills in sockets to get bargaining as high as possible. only use that armor for shopping. sometimes the best items can take hours to find. the higher your bargaining the better your chance of finding what your lookin for. Augmint 109
Hmmm I understood. But I have 2 small questions.Cant I get any rare item from drop only:)Some items are unlocking at merchant only? You can find rare items from drops (& set items) even without having enhanced perception - just do alot of quests, explore alot of the map, and try and kill fast. High level Bargaining lets you get rings with exactly what you want - e.g its hard to find a ring with Deathblow and plus all skills from drops whereas a high level bargainer can find one with teleporting from merchant to merchant. The items the merchant sells change when you go to different ones. Also you can't get uniques or legendary items from merchants. Link to comment
