Combat Art Modding Problem

I ve read in the forum and thanks to the information that many other people posted I ve managed to change almost all my seraphim's CAs and fixed all the problems I ve encountered, except one.

 

when I use dragon form of berserker form all is fine, but when I change back to the seraphim form my skills are all changed. it is not a very serious problem because I still get the bonuses from the skills I originaly have and they change back to normal if I go to the main menu and reload my character. but it is pretty annoying.

 

does anyone have any idea what to do to fix this and prevent my skills from changing when I change to my seraphim form after using the dragon/berserker form:)
