Question about drop rate of uniques and set items

I invested in about 100 hours of playtime with both a Shadow Warrior and a Temple Guardian.

When I installed Ice & Blood (2.64) a noticed a huge decrease in drop rate of uniques, set items and legendary items.

 

I installed the community patch yesterday (after patch 2.65.1), and I would like to know if one of the tweaks performed with this patch concerns the restoration of the drop rates the vanilla game had without the official add-on.

I don't think the cm patch changes any overall drop rates. From what I recall version 2.4 or 2.43 for the fallen angel had big drop rates although they lowered it on closed mp to normal and Ice and Blood returned everything to the original rates.
