Epic Office Quest help please

I started doing the Epic Office Quest and I got to Mark Kieschke in the council dome, I can see the exclamation point on the mini map but he is not physicaly showing up in game. Any tips on what I can do would be appreciated.

 

P.s. This is on the Xbox 360.

I've had glitches like that from time to time.

 

Have you tried re-loading and returning to Mark's location? In my experience, sometimes things glitch when they spawn... for me it was quite often one of the Devs in Dry-Lain (dryad city).

 

Hopefully it is that simple!
