I was just about to move my fleet yesterday when I decided to have one last look around the neighbourhood. While doing so I noticed a planet that wasn't there before so I probe it. To my surpise I find a very nice fleet on it but since there was activity on it before I assumed the guy was online, which proved to be correct as fleets came and went on raiding missions from the planet.

 

I continued to probe him from time to time to see if he fleetsaves or not when going offline. He did. Today I probed him again only to see some small cargos on the planet and no resources, small cargos which were there the day before. After a few hours his fleet finally showed up. I waited one more hour and noticed there has been no change on the planet even though the day before he was raiding at that time. So I decided to take a shot at him knowing that he might come online and even though some of my BS where on raiding missions.

 

Bellow you can see the proof that I made the right choice. It came as a surprise though to see he would get so careless about his fleet, knowing that I was hunting him.
