I can understand why you want it, the armor is very beautiful. I saw information on the wiki page stating that you need the CMPatch for it as well... have you downloaded it ? here is the link and enjoy your time with our awesome Sacred corner of the galaxy!

By the way, would you know how to use a male Higt Elf and not a female High Elf in Sacred 2? I say change the Skin.

I think it is possible, because there are many male elves in the game. Let's see if there is any luck and someone knows how to do it.
