Can anyone tell:

 

Is CA regeneration penalty lowered if using focus skill for a buff?

 

you see....

I am using now T-energy shroud (TG) buff and CA regen penalty is HUGE at level 6 and I don´t have any skills for it (Devout Guardian Focus)

 

If I had that focus skill would it raise shield power and lower CA regen penalty?

 

I am asking because future Shadow Warrior will use buff a lot...all the time

I may not understand the question. T-Energy Shroud is a Temple Guardian skill, I am not aware it is something for a Shadow Warrior.

My understanding is it will not increase the shield power of T-Energy Shroud and will not reduce the penality regeneration the buff instills while it is active.

The Aspect Focus will lower all the CA regens for that Aspect. If it's a perm buff like Grim Resilience then it will lower the 'Regen to all Combat Arts' malus found on that buff

And thats exactly what I wanted to know..aspect focus skill is important for permanent buffs
