  1. Myself: Temple Guardian level 123, about 100k kills and 200+ hours (I've explored 70+ percent of the map) Shadow Warrior level 9.... My girl friend: Dryad level 87, ?, ? Sorry I can't tell you more, but I'll catch up with some added info later :-)
  2. I thought it was ok... nothing special - but good enough for another viewing at some point with a hangover on the couch on a Sunday morning...
  3. I've built this TG with (basically) great success... at level 121 these are the stats: Str=454 Sta=393 Vit=362 Dex=418 Int=417 Will=364 Sword Weapons= 80 (159) Source Warden Lore= 85 (116) Armor Lore= 85 (111) Enhanced Perception= 10 (94) Source Warden Focus= 80 (140) Constitution= 15 (41) Combat Discipline= 11 (37) Concentration= 80 (112) Devout Guardian Focus= 75 (106) Tactics Lore= 5 (85) (My only regret is Combat Discipline as I only use two CAs at a time.... which I found out too late of course) CA-mods: Battle Alert (Combat Alert upgraded to buff) level 91.9: Defensive, Repair, Permanent T-Energy Shroud level 92.4: Derogate, Reduction, Reflection Primal Mutation level 102.6: Combust, Mutate, Demolition Fiery Ember level 98.6: Incinerate, Frost Protection, Energy Efficiency Icy Evanescence level 96.5: Icy Needles, Fire Protection, Energy Efficiency Untouchable Force level 101.4: Fied Damage, Paralyse, Field Damage My regen (bottom of inventory screen): 92.1 % I use a Boneslicer level 126 with Lord Wayne's Wild Rage-socket: All CAs +5 Chance to disregard armor +16.1 % Chance to halve regen + 22.5 % Conversion dam to magic 57.9 % (not very good I know...) Offensive Skills +16 All Skills +4 Attack Speed +22 % I use Primal Mutation and Fiery Ember or Primal Mutation and Icy Evanescence as my two only CAs (hence the annoyance of Combat Discipline) - and at my level - they're amazing... If I could change, I think I'd go for Damage Lore instead of Combat Discipline to increase damage to bosses - and by now most bosses are fairly easy... And I know that a lot of people don't like Enhanced Perception, but I think it's ok - at least I get plenty of stuff (have app. 500 mill and have to sell out from my casket almost on a daily basis because I find so many good items) A good build and very easy to use... :-)
  4. Hmm... Being a big movie fan, I've watched a lot... but there are always those special movies which demand you see them again and again... so here goes Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro are so far out hilarious in this movie...) Blues Brothers (the good old days of John Belushi and Dan Akroyd) Pink Floyd The Wall (no more needs to be said) Young Guns (Keiffer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Emilio Estevez and Lou Diamond Philips in their prime (youth) - and one of the best modern westerns made) Lost Boys (again Keiffer Sutherland in his prime (youth) - and a great vampire flick for youngster and the young at heart) Lord of the Rings I-III (ehh... hopefully everyone knows these movies) Pusher (Danish movie about drug dealing - and a deal going completely wrong.... - eventually see IMDB's rating.... great great movie and highly recommendable) American History X (Edward Norton and Edward Furlong as American youngsters in a Nazi environment) Dog Soldiers (best British werewolf movie ever made) Shaun Of The Dead (still laughing while thinking about it) Dracula 2001 (Wes Craven, Gerald Butler and Jennifer Esposito... what more do you need?) Bram Stoker's Dracula (Gary Oldman probably doing the best Dracula ever) Godfather (still one of the world's best movies) and finally The Shawshank Redemption (great Stephen King adaption and also one of the world's best movies) Heh - when I was a kid, Grease was the big hit (watched it like seven times one weekend... glad I'm a grown-up now ;-)) Don't watch it! I liked the first one and was excited to see there was a second coming... But after about 20 minutes I turned off the dvd... So - if you liked the first so much - stick to it :-)
  5. I've been a horror fan for more than 25 years and here's a list of some of my favorites: The Omen (always worth a looky - both the old and the new version) Thirteen Ghosts (tho' the end is a teeny bit too much Hollywood) Lost Boys (great great vampire movie - and pretty scary the first time around) Dog Soldiers (one of the best werewolf movies made - even though it's British and on a low budget) Sixth Sense (but it's only really really great the first time you see it - but still gives me goosebumps... 'I see dead people' - 'Dead people? Like in movies?' - 'No....') The Fearless Vampire Killers or Pardon Me But Your Teeth Are In My Neck (hilarious Roman Polansky movie from the 60ies with his later to be killed by the Manson-clan wife Sharon Tate... good for laughs and a good scare) House Of A THousand Corpses (Captain Spaulding and his more-than-words-can-say-crazy-family are NOT for the weak of heart) Hostel (hack n slash - but very very scary, because the events in the movie are taking place in real life as well... they do have places like that in some former East-European states) 30 Days Of Night (a good, solid vampire movie - and the bad guys are very very bad...) 'Salems Lot (the original version gave me nightmares for years when I was a little kid, but now... naaahh... the new version is better and still a bit scary... but not on the favorite list anymore) BUT... the worst at the end: The Grudge (part 1) - an adaption of about half an hour of the original Japanese 'Ju-on'.... but VERY VERY well done - and scary as... I don't know what... I'd just seen the trailor for it and was scared for about three weeks before actually seeing the movie itself... I think I've seen it 4 or 5 times and still I get scared s**tless every single time... just writing about it here gives me goosebumps. The Japanese version is also very good, but doesn't give you as many scares as the American version (but if you like movies from Japan, Korea a.s.o. - give it a try). Unfortunately The Grudge 2 isn't very good - scary yeah sure, but not very well done... and The Grudge 3? Well... I haven't seen it and have been told by other horrorfans that I shouldn't... To end this long tirade - if you haven't seen The Grudge yet - go and rent it or even better buy it ;-)
