  1. Hello Guys, This is my first Guide here, and since the first Sacred 2 Char I ever played was a Temple Guardian, I made a guide for that Class. Notice: This Guide is not Finished yet, it is under Construction, because some Concepts still need testing by me, cause I am not Familiar with the CM Patch yet Because of this, I would be glad if some guys would join me on my Journey, and go into Multiplayer with me. Ok So lets start with the Basics... The TG Can be confusing at the first glance cause he has so much synergy and supportive Stuff. But That makes him Ideal for Multiplayer. You can do almost everything with the TG, and we will use everything. With this Build your TG will get a: Bosstank that can hold bosses in Position Healer and Damage Reducer Debuffer(Removes Positive Effects from enemys, also weaken em) Party Damage Pimper With Battle Aura Hard Hitter with your Weapons as well, if you want to sacrifice tankyness. So How do we get there? Since I want to make the Guide beginner friendly, I have to delve deeper into the mechanics. I also will use many Links to the Wiki so you can inform yourself. We need These Sections Covered: Leveling Phase before Multiplayer Skills Combat Arts Equipment Preferences -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leveling Phase before Multiplayer To Level your Guardian a bit up, you can choose to go in the free mode or complete the Campaign. I Completed the Campaign on Level 50 with relative ease, silver Difficulty. So I made sure the build works. However as a beginner that does not know too much about the enemys, I would recommend you play with a friend with good damage from the start on. I will Cover this deeper later. Skills Skill are very Important to keep our offense and defense up. Also, there are some choices you NEED to do for them. You need at least one weapon lore, be it Hafted weapons or Sword weapons. Choose the one you prefer. What it Does: Weapon lores let us equip Weapons of higher level than ourselves easier, we get no Movement penalty for using them untill a certain level. To be able to wear all Weapons that can Potentially Drop we need 100 Points into this skill, so we can equip weapons of level 250. The same is True for Armor Lore, We need 100 Points in to get to a point where we can Equip every Armor that drops. Also it raises our General Armor level, that Protects us from any attacks. It lowers the regeneration Penalty we get from Heavy Armor so our Regeneration times stay low. The Weapon lore also effects our Weapon speed so we hit faster and safer with the weapon. The faster you hit the faster your Devout Guardian Combat Arts get Executed. I Chose All 3 Aspektfocusses and Lore for Lost Fusion and Source Warden. Toughness and Combat reflexes Concentration For more Buffs. That Covers all our Skills. I will explain them in a later Version. Combat Arts Because the TG is soo flexible and Versatile, espacially our Version, eat at least 1 Rune in every skill, we will need almost all of them except for Combat arm. Our Main Focus is to Buff ourselves with Protection and Hold Bosses in Place with Jolting Touch, so our Comrades can shoot the Boss without getting endangered. Jolting Touch gives us Protection while its Casting and keeps Bosses where they are standing so your beloved Highelf hits all her Meteos. Eqipment I Do not recommend any Legendarys yet, I am not that far. But you need a decent amount of Protection from your Armor. So Stack enough Armor. To Be Continued..... As I said, feel free to comment under this Post, if you want to try Multiplayer in CMPATCH with my guy. I will deepen the guide over time, I have to get more familiar with the difficulties in the CM Patch first.

  3. Due to popular demand (one administrator), I’m posting some fan art/comics I did about Sacred 2 (with a small original description tale to each picture). Originally I wanted to do all the art at once, and then upload it, but I’m lazy and drawing is hard. So here is half of what I did by now. I sorted it out to be in chronological order, so art quality will vary. Don’t hold your breath for more – at best it will only be added in months. Shopping After playing for some time I noticed that temple guardian cap icons in inventory have the head as part of the icon. No other character class has this. Since temple guardians are cyborgs, they could have removable heads, but this razes so many follow up questions ether way. Also the random generated shops have way to many temple guardian specific stuff when there are none of them around. I know its almost completely random generated, but come on. Diablo 2 didn’t sell druid pelts for a reason.

  6. Hello, I have been trying out various Temple Guardian builds I found here on the forum with great success (mostly vaclaf's) and at some point I decided to make my own temple guardian build. Note that I am in no way an experienced player, and that I am writing this suggestion build purely experimentally and for fun. Also I apologize for bad English. Now as you may have noticed from the title I have made the rather unorthodox choice of making my TG a ranged fighter with a pistol and support from lost fusion combat arts. At first I made it simply for the fun of making a seemingly redundantly ranged fighter and mostly because I like the pistol as a weapon. Surprisingly, it actually went far better than I expected. I used the pistol as my primary damage output method augmented by Tactics Lore and Ranged Weapons Lore. The pistol is quite good for softening up enemies at long range after you get used to its rather unique firing pattern (mostly by picking the furthest back enemy in a bunch and utilizing the forced attack command to shoot anywhere you point to) and it makes a very decent close range weapon too (it almost never misses with regular attacking method) even at point blank. When enemies got too close I relied heavily on Furious Emblazer and Jolting Touch with great results as expected. These two combat arts are practically the workhorse of close combat and I keep them within reasonable level in accordance to their regeneration (at a level of 15 say, about 3 runes for each), and their modifications are mostly instant damage oriented with a single healing mod for JT. I actually considered taking Devout Guardian aspect for the shield and Deathly Spears, but I wanted a purely firepower oriented TG even if that means annihilating the enemies with a flamethrower and an electrode. This build also seems to rely more heavily on good equipment than other TGs. All blacksmith slots are ''whet'' for damage boost, knockback items are desirable as well as run speed and descent armour. Damage conversion items are also good. The skill choice I made so far is as follows: 1. Armor Lore (relatively high priority regarding points) 2. Tactics Lore (high priority regarding points) 3. Ranged Weapons Lore (very high priority regarding points) 4. Lost Fusion Lore (med priority regarding points) 5. Lost Fusion Focus (average priority regarding points, good enough to have decent regen. time) For the rest I am thinking of picking a defensive skill such as Toughness for extra armor, damage lore to set enemies on fire with the pistol or any other damage conversion one has modified it with and utility skills for better items and forging. This is my progress so far, I will update when the character advances more. Any thoughts are welcome.

  8. Hello all! I really hope someone can help me with my melee TG shopper build... The possibilities on the last 2 skills are killing me! I want to be able to use deathly spears effectively and survive decently. As it stands, my first 8 skills are: 1. Enhanced Perception 2. Bargaining 3. Armor Lore 4. Hafted Weapons 5. Tactics Lore (better weapon damage, DS damage, and derogate damage) 6. Devout Guardian Focus 7. Warding Energy Lore 8. Combat Discipline (haven't taken this YET but it does make deathly spears better I hear) So this leaves me with a few options for my last two skills. I am keeping combat alert as a castable which hopefully won't force cooldowns too hard on deathly spears and such. Anyways, I've devised a few options for skills 9 and 10: Option 1: Toughness and Lost Fusion Focus (for modding jolting touch) Option 2: Concentration (for 2 buffs) and Source Warden Focus (to mod and use the buff untouchable force) Option 3: Toughness and Concentration (is untouchable force worth using unmodded?) Option 4: Lost Fusion Focus and Concentration (again, is untouchable force really worth it unmodded?) I find options 3 and 4 LEAST compelling. Option one seems legitimate to me but then I miss out on a bunch of potential stun from not having UF. Option 2 seems good but then I only have an unmodded jolting touch and I miss out on toughness. Can my TG make it by with just armor lore and warding energy lore? I could always not take combat discipline, lose out on some DS damage (idk how much), and then come away with a little more options. Help. PLEASE help! I would really appreciate it!!!
  9. This one's been in the back of my mind for a while. So I bought a Lost Fusion Mobiculum for my first Temple Guardian. I kept it all throughout Silver, and when I reached Gold, I noticed I had gotten an upgrade! Here he is rolling up to a dinner party in his sweet ride. My Mobiculum now had a snazzy windscreen/shield on it. Only a cosmetic upgrade, but a very cool look. Sadly, later on while fighting the Abishai of Dissension, it was destroyed. When I bought a replacement mount, there was no shield on it anymore, and I've never seen one on any Mobiculum since. Any ideas what was going on there? Was it a bonus for keeping it alive throughout Silver? The one I bought in Gold didn't change when I entered Platinum. Do any other special mounts evolve in appearance?
