Trading my Nvidea 8800 gts 512 for a copy of Sacred 2

I've got a buddy at work who bought Sacred 2. Thing is, he got a new gf at the time, and barely has any time to play. I've been offering over and over to buy his key from him, and him... consummate game box hoarder he is, keeps refusing.

 

I upped the offer to give him my Graphics card for the game and tol him that trading me the game would be for the "greater good"

 

Think it's a good deal?

Here, an 8800GTS is still worth a rough 80 euros, pretty much. That would buy you 2 copies of the game out here...

Doesn't sound good deal to me either. Sacred 2 will loose value faster than graphic card.

If you are happy with the swap, and don't need the card, go for it. Selling a used graphics card can be a hassle, especially if the buyer doesn't know how to install it and comes back to you for a refund. . .

If you swap it ,make sure you give the proviso that it comes without a warranty (if that's the case).

 

Wouldn't want him coming back to you after a failed overclocking exercise wanting some sort of compensation.
