Not too interesting, but I'm sure I can come up with a bit of story . . .

 

I moved my fleet out of G1 as a result of a deuterium crisis due to building two JGs in the last couple of days and launching a pair of unsuccessful HoF attempts yesterday. I was scanning out a bit farther than I normally do and looking for some nice farms as a result of a couple of farms defensing up on me. I probed ladymaraofwizards (Rank: 1413) -- sounds like some serious new age @(*^% -- and saw this nice, HoFable fleet.

 

The defenses required me to send a fair number of Battleships, and I had very little deuterium hanging out in G5, so I sent out an emergency call to Firefly and he sent over 500K in less than an hour. My recs were on the way and I used the deuterium I had to send a followup, timed for about a minute after the deuterium was to arrive.

 

When the fuel arrived my fleet was off and the results are below. Not horribly profitable with the deuterium costs, but it amused me nonetheless. She got a moon out of it, so I hope not to hear any whining. AGE is ranked 28 with 51 members. Check out their Alliance page if you want a reason to farm them into nonexistence.
