  1. Now I get it perfectly! Thanks a lot chattius.
  2. Hi ka243. I'm following your build step by step and I have to say it works great. My seraphim is now at level 51 and she is nearly invincible. Anyway I have to ask you something I don't get about how to spend Stats points... After the first 50 points in Vitality you suggest to spend points in Dexterity... But how many? Each of them (a part from the 25 points or so to spend on willpower)? And more important I don't understand what you mean in this phrase (the red one): Usually I'm quite good in understanding English though I'm not English or American or whatever, so please forgive me if I don't get it... Could you please explain that part in different way? Thanks a lot, your work is great.
  3. Ok, at least I made this right. Thanks, I guess my Pyromancer will be a lot better now
  4. Thank you a lot for your reply sam... Thast's a lot to read... I'll study those builds. But I want to ask you something I don't get... I'm not expirienced whith high level char, even though I like to plan everything, so please forgive me for being a bit of a dull... What's the bad thing about having abilities at 200? I was looking at many different builds and none of them have abilities at 200, but what's the bad idea bout doing a lot of damage? Ok, I have to save points for the Armour Lore, or I'll die easilly, I see this. I agree that divine devotion is not usefull, but I was thinking of a few abilities with many points (which you told me is not good), so I needed some abilities with one point only (didn't matter that much which one) to reach ten abilities... And one last question is... Is my idea of focusing the char on stamina a bad idea? Cause it seems to me that if I build the char as you suggest I will need a lot of intelligence, and originally I wasn't thinking of spending a single point on it. Thanks again
  5. Hi everybody. First I have to say my English is everything but perfect, so please forgive my mistakes. I want to show you my pyromancer, and how I want to build it up. I have planned how to spend every single point untill she is at level. 200. I really need advice, tell me if you think it's good or not, what should I change? Give me your tips. I appreceate more ideas from expirienced players who have characters with an high level and high survival bonus, but every comment is welcome. First of all... My HE is now at level 49. My intention is to make she be as powerfull as possible... not cool, not enjoyable to play... just ass kicker. In my opinion a fast caster who hit multiple enemies in an area at the same time is more effective than a caster specialized in intelligence who deal a great amount of damage to a single target at once, so I spend every point in stamina. This HE is all about being as fast as possible in casting Combat Art, whith strong concentration and 3 buffs. My abilites will be: Concentration: 200 (49 for now) Arrant Pyromancer Lore: 200 (49 for now) Arrant Pyromancer Focus: 200 (49 for now) Ancient Magic: 200 (1 for now) Delphic Arcania Lore Every left point which should be 23 or 28 I think (9 for now, 9 are needed to completely mod Grand Invigoration) Divine Devotion 1 (1 now) Armor Lore 5 (5 now, 5 are needed to unlock Constitution) Constitution 75 (1 for now, maestry in Constitution is a very good combo whith Grand Invigoration) Two abilities are left, but they are not very important, cause I have just two more points to spend: 1 to unlock the first and the other to unlock the second. Anyway I would probably go for Riding and Magic Staffs. This is a very drastic way to spend my points, and it looks good to me, but I have some doubts... I.E. Do you think I should spend more points in Armore Lore? Maybe I should, because when both my level and my survival bonus will be rised I will be extremely slow in my armor, or I wont have the possibility to use the armours I drop at all. The same apply to Magic Staffs, even if I don't use meele at all, so I don't need to have a good attack speed. Another problem is that spending more than 9 points on Delphic Arcania Lore gives me only the advantage of an higher Combat Art level without penality (1 level for every 4 points spent), and I only use Grand Invigoration from the Delphic Arcania Combat Arts tree. So probably these points are a bit wasted. Finally let's talk about Combat Art. I use every fire-based Combat Art plus Grand Invigoration. And nothing else. Here is I how I wont to mod my Combat Art: Ancestral Fireball >> BRONZE Explosion - Fireballs inflict area effect damage on nearby opponents. (59.5% + 0.5% per Combat Art level chance) SILVER Fusillade - Conjures an additional fireball. Overall damage will be increased but divided between the fireballs. GOLD Fusillade - Conjures an additional fireball. Overall damage will be increased but divided between the fireballs. I have already modded the fireball completely. This is the Combat Art I use 99% of the time, also because I haven't started modding Blazing Tempest yet. Its very good, damaging, versatile, and has a regeneration time around 1 sec. _____________________________________________________________________________ Blazing Tempest >> BRONZE Scorch - Inflicts more damage upon impact. (40% increase) SILVER Conflagration - Sets targets ablaze. (41.7% increase in burning damage. Does anyone know if this bonus applies to every burning target or only to the target hit by Blazing Tempest and burning?) GOLD Ambition - Increases the chance to land critical hits. (15% + 0.1% per Combat Art level chance) If I choose Conflagration I lose Spell Flow which reduces the regeneration time of Blazing Tempest by 1/3. Maybe Spell Flow would be better being this character completely focused on having a regeneration time as little as possible, but still I think Conflagration is better. Do you agree? _____________________________________________________________________________ Incendiary Shower >> BRONZE Magma Rain - Increases meteor fire damage. (50% increase of fire damage) SILVER Smoking Rock - Meteors inflicts more physical damage. (50% increase of physical damage) GOLD Devastation - Increases the chance of inflicting critical hits. (9.9% + 0.1% per Combat Art level chance) I have modded Incendiary Shower just once for now. I want it to be good for bosses. _____________________________________________________________________________ Fire Demon >> BRONZE Power - Increases the level of the summoned demon. (+3) SILVER Lively - The demon reduces spell casting time. (10% + 0.2% per Combat Art level decrease) GOLD Modesty - When the demon is present, the Combat Arts regeneration penalty is reduced. (25% decrease) My Deamon is completely modded already. _____________________________________________________________________________ Incandescent Skin >> BRONZE Inferno - Increases the chance to set fire to opponent when they sustain fire damage. (15% + 0.1% per Combat Art level increased chance) SILVER Revenge - Chance to reflect close combat damage. (30% + 2% per Combat Art level chance) GOLD Fiery Ardor - Additionally increases fire damage. (50% + 2% per Combat Art level increase) This is completely modded too. Here there are others exceptions to my "cast as fast as you can" rule, because I had the possibility to choose Energy Focus at SILVER and Arrant Pyromancer Expertise at GOLD. This mods gives me 40% + 2% per Combat Art level decrease in regeneration time, which is a lot. Anyway I made another choice because this way enemies take a great amount of damage as soon as they touch me, which is extremely good too. Do you think I made the better choice? _____________________________________________________________________________ Grand Invigoration >> BRONZE Arrant Pyromancer Expertise - The regeneration time for the aspect Arract Pyromancer will decrease significantly. (10% + 1% per Combat Art level decrease) SILVER Replenish - Further decreases the regeneration time of all spells. (7% + 0.7% per Combat Art level decrease) GOLD Fleetness - Increases run speed while Grand Invigoration is active. (9.9% + 0.1% per Combat Art level increase) And that's it. I hope you find this post interesting and I hope to have many and many answers!
