  1. Are You, Spock, speaking of the international/English one? I'm asking because the German speaking forum is clean but very silent.
  2. Hey tom.morrow, many thanks for your explanations! I will give it a try tonight when I'm back home from work. I will report back here if I could achieve what I was looking for or if I would need some more help. cheers, Yoshio
  3. Hey there, as I’m back into this game lately I would love to modify it a bit to meet my likings! Actually I never ever was really satisfied with the look or maybe better said combination of the sets beside the “main” sets. Because of that I would like to swap/change those combinations and put them to me likings. But here my problem starts! I have a general idea of how it will work for the three main aspect sets and for most of them very fine modifications are already available, so not much work needs to be done here on my side. But for the other sets I don’t know how the game knows how they are put together or from where it should pick them. Has someone of you an idea how this does work out? I had a look into the itemtype.txt as well as in the surface.txt but couldn’t really find anything which would have been of help for me. Long story short, what I would like to do based on an example, I would like to change the Seraphim-Set “Illuminated Skies” as follows: The helmet is of “se_std-magic” and I would like to check if it is the “gold” version The shoulders should be of “se_std-generic” (gold-version) and I also would like to check that The torso or chest should be of “se_std-cloth” and this I would like to change now for the “se_std-generic (gold-version)” The legs should also be of “se_std-cloth” and I would like to change them as well for the “se_std-generic (gold-version)” So how does the game determine that it has to pick the named parts for this set and how can I change that, redirect that? I hope it is understandable what I would like to do!?
  4. Another take on that might be not to try to swap the char-models but to swap all the combat arts. I know it is possible and did so for exchanging some spells for the Dryad and the Highelf to get them the attack from the Seraphim. The only “problem” is that the modifiers will stay to have toe “original” explanations but work correct. So choosing them has to be done “by heart”. Just an idea from my side. Maybe some would like to work on that or in this direction!?
  5. Sorry for getting in that late but finally You had been able to “solve” it yourself. So I just would like to confirm your experiences. Sacred with or without Underworld sometimes does have some funny or strange behaviours even with the latest Patches installed. Therefore I highly recommend that everyone playing the game uses save games frequently and also use a proper naming to make it easy to go back and retry. In general, if something doesn’t work the way it should, it is a good idea to quite the game and restart as this might solve the problem already. If not, then go back to an earlier save game and redo what you did. Luckily those things don’t happen too often, but better be save then loosing the fun!
  6. It took me a while before I could find some time last weekend to work on this again but finally I had been able to put all of your mod-parts together so that I can use it now with Mod-Enabler. Many thanks for the work You had been putting into this, I enjoy your mod very much! 7. My absolute favourite is the Seraphim! So for sure I would like to see her again in a new Sacred. But I also did like all the Elf classes, although I do hope that they will not be limited to Magic classes. What I did like on them was the challenge of creating a built which was more than able to survive in close combat. Beside that I also did like the Vampire as a class which gave the option of shape shifting and I dearly had hoped that the Dragon Mage would have come close to the Vampire but due to being not really balanced he missed on that. And finally I also would like to see the dwarf again!
  8. Yes, it is possible but, as I'm not at my home PC right now, I can't say it exactly. Anyway, what is possible is, to change the location of the save-folder, so not the "path" itself, but the location of the folder under Windows. I did it with mine and it is now located on a drive which I do use for all my saves. As I said, I don't know it anymore by heard, but it should have been something like right click on the save-folder and then under "Properties" change the entry for "location". I hope it will work for You or someone show up with a better explanation!
  9. First of all I would like to thank you for what you have created! This weekend I plaid around with it and tried to put all your stuff together into one “folder” so to be able to make your modifications “Mod-Enabler” usable. Unfortunately, due to the amount of downloadable files and the therein included folders and sub-folders, I haven’t had much success with it. Because of that I would like to ask you if you could be so kind to give a more “in detail” instruction of “what has to go where”? It would be very much appreciated! I also got a bit lost on what I actually have to download as I do use a German version of Sacred Ice and Blood with CM-Patch. I “excluded” everything whereat you already wrote that it is for Spanish or English/US Version. But is there something more I have to take care of? Sorry for the many questions, but I really do admire your work and would like to use it!
