im fairly sure all copies of the game from Australia would be EU versions. maybe try find one for sale from down under?

I was building a new toon and just as a test I didnt mod BT, but I did put one point into tactics lore. I wasn't wearing any +% critical hits gear . . . and I noticed BT landing crits. im still a firm beleiver in this, just want some more solid evidence. will keep testing it out. Pyro.

TINKERBELLE DIED TODAY. in a freakish supernatural over level'd kobold accident. up until my level 9 coup took on the level 39 kobold champion tho everthing was super. im so sry tho epox, all that good low level gear is now 6ft under aswell. I owe you for that, really sorry.

it was/is my wireless, fine for browsing, but if it drops ONE packet Sacred 2 has a tantrum and shuts down. coming back in a tic. getting my flat mates USB modem. god the things I do to play online.

im not sure there is a demo for Oblivion but if there is go for it ! hope you get all your issues sorted so you can start enjoying your new PC.

nice setup, great price. I'm just guessing (as I havnt had personal experience with new hardware and FPS benchmarks) but I would say your going to get Sacred 2 to run maxed out at around 40FPS. I say "around" 40FPS cause some ppl (with faster set ups than that) still report the game bringing their system to its knees around some areas of the game (like the coast, it seems to be something to do with that beautiful water effect) I'm NOT the biggest tech head in these forums tho so you should wait to hear some more feedback. Also, the E8400 is apparently very overclockable, if you choose to go down that road.

do you have a copy of Oblivion. thats always a good thing to throw at your new hardware. lots of eyecandy you can play around with.

by the looks of things the comparisons have already been made. ill just add that I refused to play WoW cause of the fact that imo WoW killed D2. I went from D2 to Hellgate, but Hellgate kinda died. im very glad to have found Sacred 2, the action RPG will always hold a place in my heart. and the thing about Sacred 2 is, it feels like an MMO sometimes, I mean, the game world is so vast you can actually get lost (the amount of times ive had to stop, kill a mob then hit Z and tab then M to find out where the hell im going.) if Asaron squash afew more bugs in the next patch and maybe add some more content ill be very happy continuing playing Sacred 2. ok just got back from epox's and I "introduction to boss spanking" 101 this build is just that, a boss/champion SPANKING machine. epox's level 65 HE took on the garganthrapod who was level 70. spammed expulse magic afew times then landed about 4-5 quick hits and that was it. *SPANK* try this build out if you like the HE and want some thing different. PS. epox, you might have to get me another mount, lol. had my first alt-F4 experience when I walked into the brigand camp and they were all your level. . . . eeeep. not fair tho Sacred 2, all the kobold's along the way were level'd to me ok now that im not on the edge of my seat im just going to check if Tinkerbelle made it. EDIT: Tink is still with us. heres a screen of the master and the apprentice.

I TOTALLY AGREE . . . with the opening statement that is. its no fun makin' pure magic throwing HE's they just get boring. look like a **** load of fun times to be had with this build. definatly going to try make me one of these. you still online epox

This post applies mainly to the Gold Blazing tempest mod Ambition (Increases the chance to land critical hits. (15% + 0.1% per CA level chance) and its "stack-a-bilty" with tactics lore? with the build I have at the moment I have taken Tactics Lore and Ranged Weapons to add abit of a different play style to the game (rather than having a pure caster) but I have been noticing that my Blazing Tempest is critical hitting alot more than what the mod is saying (15% + 0.1% per CA level) is it stacking? I have nothing to test this theory with so I thought id throw it out there for disscussion. And also, do you think that items that give +% critical hits will stack as well ? please help all you Sacred Vet's . . . !! your friend, Pyrobelle
