Looks like there was a new patch for GW2. Also there is a rumor of another stress test on Wednesday (according to the folks at Reddit). They link to here. Have not seen no other conformation at any of the other sites, so as of now only rumor.

Have you tried lining your walls and ceiling aluminum foil? I heard that it only works when it is on your head, don't know about walls etc.....

I am running the 304.79-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-english-beta drivers and everything seems fine.

Since guils halls will not be in the game at launch, I voted for Guild Emblemer, Armorer, Weapon. But I agree with Kiyeri about Architecture so we can get two building queues.

However I do not remember getting any loot from the witch, a great deal of work and nada.

That boss kept pulling us and killing us in 2-3 hits. Lujate & I are starting to work on a "remix" video for this bossfight. Yep, and it did poison too. I confirm it's poison that knocked me down at least 2 or three times. Max I think Max died at least a dozen times and I must have died about two dozen times. He was most mobile than I was, still learning to shot and scoot.

Heck all of us (including him) were noobs back when he said that to us. That was in BWE1, a real moron.

We were on a Full server during the BWEs and stress tests (Gate of Madness) and there were plenty of people around but not so many that they got in each others way. In fact they were helpful, it was a very friendly group from what I saw.

You are not a pain, your voice is valuable and needed in our discussions.

Sounds good. We should know by a couple of days after actual launch what the server status is. And we should have a larger active guild base to discuss any proposed move.

We have time, I just wish our current players and future guild members would lend a voice so we don't get a lot of finger pointing after the decision is made.

There are only what six/seven of us currently active in the guild? So if the non-active members don't voice an opinion then the decision should be made by the majority of the members that indicate their preference. I mean we have what 10 days if no one lets us know then we have to go on the best data available. Not trying to be a pain or kidnap the guild (me happy just to be a member ) but that is the way I see it.

I just stumbled across this on reddit. "Hi there, Some of you might have seen the final poll I posted about an hour or so ago, unfortunately I've chosen to remove that poll because I was alerted to certain people from outside of reddit deliberately voting for specific servers to troll with reddit. At the time of closing the top three servers were the following: Darkhaven Isle of Janthir Gate of Madness We'll be picking the Isle of Janthir and the Gate of Madness. Why? Isle of Janthir Originally I wasn't going to pick the Isle of Janthir because the reddit guild who were originally on the server didn't wish for the server to get completely full, this is completely understandable but having checked out their subreddit today they have decided to pick a new server. Darkhaven I know Darkhaven is favourite among a lot of people but it's just not practical to pick, the server is constantly full and sending even more people there will only cause issues. It's a shame we can't pick the same server we used for the entire beta phase but if we want to have a chance of playing on the same server it can't be Darkhaven Yak's Bend This is the Guild Wars 2 Guru and Yogscast server, this server is going to be full no matter what. Crystal Desert The same as Darkhaven, it's constantly full. Gate of Madness Apart from the Isle of Janthir this is the least full server from the shortlist. Not all of the reddit based guilds will be using those two servers as their home servers, it's worth checking them out in the sidebar for some good alternatives. Thanks." Looks like our old Gate of Madness might be getting more crowded.

Lujate, your video points out that this game is not something you can solo, unlike Guild Wars. You were in a level 7 - 8 area and by yourself you were having difficulty with these beasts just one on one. We really need to party in Guild Wars 2, who knows what we will hit in the level 35 - 50 areas.

Ahh. Some epic fails there. I had a few of those too.

I will most likely make it for an hour or so around 16:00 CDT, plan on playing with my Mesmer to see if I like the class.

I have no problem moving to either of servers. You ruling out of the "Dragonbrand" server makes good sense to me.
