Unless just a trolling remark, I really can't see how that person would be such a pro in the game already since it's not even released yet! Dunno why people play if their only intent is to throw insults... I mean honestly, why? I am glad to say that was the only unfriendly person I encountered during all three BWE's. Yeah, 99.99% of the people wanted to work with you. I think this is a result of there not having a kill steals in the game. Does not matter if 1 or 12 folks take part in the kill you all get the experience. Also you get experience for reviving you fellow players whether you are playing with them or not. Really a nice feeling overall.

Problem with the free version of Skype (according to the Skype site) is that it is limited to 5 people on the link. I went to the Skype site and you can get 10 people in conference but only with the Premium subscription. I would actually like to stay with C3 all things considered.

While it seemed to take forever I enabled all the skills with all the weapons an elementalist can use. There are some interesting effects there and several ways that the play style can change if you want to go that way. You unlocked all 48 terrestrial weapon skills? That is definitely the best way to go. I took the shortcut approach. I checked the GW2 wiki and read the weapon descriptions. For me, the staff just sounded like the Ele I had in mind. You can have a party of up to 5, but there is nothing stopping us from running two or more parties together. The siimple idea of 15 or maybe 20 Elementalist's cruising thru the game together makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up just a little. Only one word to describe it.... Legendary! We will have to get a squad of Elementalist raging through the world.

But on those kind of runs, anything other than ranged is suicide (which is why I went back to town and bought a greatsword for my Mesmer). I really doubted our sanity (lujate, Kiyeri and myself) following Flooxim into areas 10 plus levels over our heads. All of us had to be nuts. I ate more dirt in that run than I ate all of the rest of the weekend (about 24 hours worth). Was it any wonder I took breaks to get some booze?

I suggest we stick with moving to "Gate of Madness" irrespective of its body count for the BWE3. If it is a high count and all goes well then we at least have an idea if we need to search for a low body based server, which might not really exist after the consolidation of the servers to lessen the world count. If thing go poorly you can beat me about the head and kick me from your party :cha (18): but at least we will have some idea before GW2 goes live and the others show up to play. Just a suggestion.

There is another 120MB update for GW2 today. I think it was about 17000 files.

Fewer but larger server worlds, sounds fine to me. Come on Friday.

Small update today. Only 76MB. Really wish they would post patch notes, but with all the changes they have to be making it would take long to list all the changes.

I am ready to stay or move when it comes to our server, I just want to play...............

Actually with GW2 I would like to think we are all noobies. Regardless of how much time we may have in the original Guild Wars.

2 PCI slots, OMG this is why I hate proprietary motherboards - oops showing my age again, I believe the PC way of saying that is Main Board. In your original system did it come with all those PCI boards installed. If so then I would bitch that if the original system came that way then the new one should be able to manage the same elements.

According to Arenanet we will have both the Sylvari and Asura to play with for the BWE. Lady, I know the feeling. I really feel like I am just killing time / spinning my wheels waiting for it to begin. What is the status on your new computer, somehow my mind goes dead every so often. My system decided to burp, had to get a new video card changed from a GTX 260 to a GTX 670.

I have no server preference as a whole. I have a tendency toward a NA server since I am here. But if my choices are playing alone or with FDM I vote to play with the group. Having played GW1 solo I would just as soon not do that again. So whatever is decided is fine with me. With two months remaining there should be enough time to work this out.

yep best $300 investment I ever made huh. But when your getting an amazingly great deal on the computer of your dreams, why wouldn't you make that investment? So glad I think that way. Congrats on the new system. Now you can play when we get the next BWE event.
