  1. The quest giver is downstairs in the same building as Tribal Elder Nubbutz the quest giver of the main (Light) quest Among_Orcs who asks you to kill trolls and bring him their teeth as proof so that he can make a necklace out of them. A case of nerves has you escorting the tribal leader's son as you encounter enemies, thereby battle-hardening him. Accepting the quest grants a special light-saber.
  2. me - okay maybe not - how about Karlie Kloss Hometown St Louis Mo. => ideal
  3. I started one but she's only at level 11, Silver. She's not having to use health against Kobolds and I like the chain damage with Cobalt Strike. I'll take a look at your build, certainly, yet I stubbornly change the builds of others to find something unique and individual. Are you sure that you don't want to share your build with the community yet? I plan on updating the build that I am working on for my Single Buff Mystic Stormite lady. She's rocking Niob now at level 96.
  4. That all makes good sense. I have yet to master Speed Lore in any of my prior High Elf builds as it doesn't augment her Mystic Stormite or Arrant Pyromancer Combat Arts (as is so with the other Offensive Skills). Your clever build takes advantage of a Delphic Arcania Build, one with which I have not yet tinkered. I look forward to seeing your final results.
  5. You have grasped the concept of defense balance well and have a sound build planned, in my assessment. You may wish to examine how Speed Lore Mastery would affect its effectiveness during later progression before determining whether or not any more points need be invested in Dexterity.
  6. The Who -> won't get fooled again Baha Men - Who Let The Dogs Out?
  7. This build is sound for a High Elf, yet I would have substituted Bargaining rather than Riding or better still, Combat Discipline, as it speed regeneration and boosts power, even when only one CA is used in the combo rather than the two or three. I have played the HE many more hours than any other character and agree that eating too many runes (other than Grand Invigoration) is a bad idea. Keeping your regeneration time fast (under a second for most CAs) is a key to success.
  8. Feed The Poor, (found in "Lower Thylysium") is a quest that gives one a boost after re-starting your toon after the quest is completed. You may play it over and over in multiplayer and get the same boost (one Skill Point and one Attribute Point) each time for a cumulative effect. Happy Gaming!
  9. ^ Well, sometimes I wonder. go Sleepless in Seattle => insomnia
