  1. I was able to get my Dark Elf up to level 40. He's a bit weak in terms of Adrenaline defense, but I should be able to get him to level 50 and then start on making a Trade suit for him. I tried twice to get the Hell's Ridge waypoint, but the Bolting Terror mages were too troublesome. I'll get the WP eventually.

  2. Dark Elf is the only way I could realistically meet the next gaming session goal. The Wood Elf would have to start at level 1, and I KNOW there is no way to adequately get 70+ levels in one week. My DE is currently in the 30s, so I should be able to get decent leveling done before the next Sunday session.

  3. Let me know what the level requirement is for the next session. Obviously I won't be returning as a Daemon. I have characters in the 20s-50s. I believe that my best chance to survive is to play my Dark Elf. He has the best buffs(Adrenaline esp for defense), most effective CAs, and quickest attack speed. I'm also debating changing my level 20 Wood Elf trader over to a Hardcore Blizzard Kamikaze build. I'm pretty sure the WE is the better choice, and I'd truly like to bring in some snow the next time I join in :D

  4. I managed to give Schot a tour(though dangerous for me) of the +skills quests in Silver. Together we got most of them, although I had one very close call against the nuk nuks even fully buffed. Just shows how dangerous Underworld becomes in the difficulties past Bronze.

P.S. - Together me, Schot, and Gial wiped out the D'Mordrey and seraphim Monastery dragons. I'm ready for Sunday's session since I reached level 70 earlier today.

  5. Right now the biggest challenge for me is to get a lot of runes and items without leveling up too much. This means doing quests, regardless of how broken they can be in terms of rewards. I got to level 63, but I may need to join larger Gold game sessions to meet the level requirement by Sunday.

  6. I have characters at level 33 and 41 with the Dark Elf and Battle Mage. I reached 61 with my Daemon, so she can't go into Bronze any more. Perhaps I can level my BM so that we can work on the skill/attribute quests together if we meet online.

  7. Due to getting closer to Gold difficulty in SP with my Blizzard WE build, I'd like to ask others to assist me with my collection of the set in multiplayer so that I can do an objective comparison. I DO realize that this is the MOST requested WE set, but I thought that perhaps I can get a small start in joining others online thru the Kamikaze sessions perhaps with this build.

  8. I just power leveled myself to 60 with the Sakkara Demons on the Bronze server. I did not have much of a chance to do many quests in Gold, but I now have completed all attribute/skill quests in Bronze and also have every waypoint in both Ancaria and Underworld. I did give away the Book of Wisdom unique to another BM player in Bronze

  9. Took aside more time this morning to level the character. She reached level 84, and got a few drops to save for other SP characters. I've seen the bigger 'pods just one time along the way for my leveling runs, so that may give you an idea of how full my inventory is. I have about a third filled with mentor potions, and my stash is over halfway filled with potions as well. Too bad I can't jump over to multiplayer and share the massive 'milk' hoard. :4rofl:

  10. I took about 75 minutes to continue onward at Hell's Ridge. I've been getting fairly good drops from the monsters, and sometimes the area spawns monsters more than seven levels over my current character level which triggers the warning music. I know the monsters to be careful with, and I've come close one time to reaching the regular Cerebropods instead of the little magic ones. Currently, the character is level 82 with three more levels in the Ridge to achieve before continuing the story.

  11. Have you looked at Wolfe's site? The amount of magic spellcasting regeneration you get is the best of ALL the Seraphim sets if you ask me. There is NO way I can see a problem with magic regeneration being too slow. Melee is the weak side of the set, but it's compensated by the belt and gloves with +critical hit.

P.S. - I took a look, and saw a nice boost to Agility from one set piece. Given that AND the +Strength of Faith boost from the same set item piece WITH WIDD and this whole thing screams for your build to try it out.

P.S.S. - I took a longer look at the set, and you also get Open Wounds damage. Think of it gogo. WIDD and Open Wounds BOTH being affected not only by the +critical hit but also the unresisted damage. Picking Heavenly Magic as the seraphim spellcasting choice is a wise decision since you'll get two boosts to it from the set versus just one Meditation boost. The set also has very HIGH magic resist bonuses, so future Ice Elf excursions would only tickle you with the Celestial Light attacks.

  12. The benefit to full Talia Mel's is the spread between melee and magic in my opinion. The set items are not the best for a Seraphim, but think how different you would be with UNRESISTED damage. The unresisted damage carries over to every attack capability of the Seraphim. Add in the +critical hit of the belt, and this is a great set to complete. Plus people will truly like seeing Divine Damage in action if you ask me. It scales according to level, so as better equipment is found you will get even better. For me the hardest piece to find was the shoulder and belt pieces. I'm sure your mileage will vary.

  13. Sorry to hear of your loss Gogo. I feel party to blame since I really should have thought more about how dangerous those Ice Elves are. It's an area that one truly needs to be on their toes and fully alert while doing their best to survive difficult encounters. I think we should avoid further excursions to the Ice Elves for the next session or two since it's not quite as survivable as other easier areas. As usual, I gave away some waypoints at the end of the session to others of the group.

P.S. - EvilMale, I hope R00ster and the others gave you a good brief tour of Underworld.

  14. We lost Gogo today during the session. I think the Ice Elves did in the Seraphim being played. Please let us know if you need help with leveling or items for the next session this coming Sunday. The level limit is set to 60, and we're planning to go thru Gold to get better drops and experience.
