Sacred 2 always had a great Italian fanbase and I thought it was a shame I could never get an Italian translation for Enhanced Edition.

The community is still alive, but (especially for Sacred 2) has seen better days

The most important ones would be the ones you've listed. Combat arts, modifications, books, new quests and enemy names.

Thanks, I just realized that I missed the Olm's name variations.

I am currently working on the Core module, after that I will translate the Alternate Spells module too. How should I send the file to you?

  2. Hi @Flix, do you have a changelog of what has been modified inside global.res? Since the italian translation was missing , I decided to translate it myself: with s2rw I added all the missing entries in global.res (those related to the new quests, items and book) and I'm currently updating the Combat Art modifications to match the changes while adding some detail to mach the wiki's description. Once I've modified all the Combat Arts (including the horse's one and the Divine Gifts), is there anything else that needs to be fixed?

Now, my question: I know that is a old game and also is a long game with many difficulty levels but I want to know if exist any endgame content or any guideline? Maybe in the original game no, but in the mod Reborn HD yes?   I assume we can farm dragons or make some easter eggs.

Yes, you can farm dragons or experience in places like Hell's Ridge or Valley of Tears. You can also clear regions by killing as many enemies as possible in the same region (you can see the counter of the remaining enemies in the region on the top left corner of the tab minimap). Once this counter goes below 1000 a new quest will start, where you have to kill some bosses (usally dragons).
With RebornHD there are also some specific caves where you can fight several bosses at the same time, but that is a bit extreme so I wouldn't go there unless I am 100% sure to come back alive.

I don't like so much Sacred 2 for colors and camara

Many players had problems with the camera, in the download section you can find some mods that could help you, like this one to tone down the color of the grass.

  4. Hi :bye:, it's good to see people still coming to this game after so many years!

We're having a ton of fun exploring and doing quests together but DAMN, we (and especially I) are super confused about character building.

Character building in Sacred2 can be confusing at first, but once you undestand the key aspects becomes way easier. In the wiki you can find everything you need to undestand what Skills, Attributes, Combat Arts and bonuses do (since the in-game info sometimes does not help at all). Ofc you can still ask me anything if something is not clear!

So my first question would be, was it a really bad idea ? Is there another class I should have picked for a more casual experience ?

The Temple Guardian is an atypical character with unique mechanics (for example, his robotic arm does not allow him to carry shields or two-handed weapons, but allows him to attack from a distance or receive bonuses depending on the Combat Art selected) and that can be hard to understand, especially if he is the first character you play, but do not worry, that doesn't mean it's a bad idea for a casual experience.
The Temple Guardian tends to be frail at the beginning, but recovers fast after you unlock some Skills and Combat Arts. The Seraphim and the Shadow Warrior are the best classes to start with because they are tough and easy to play.

I'd be grateful for any tip, advice or build you guys would be willing to share, in context to what I typed here. If there exists a relatively no hassle build that I could follow or at least carry me low-mid game before I catch up in knowledge without screwing my guy for late game, please let me know.

In the wiki you can find some builds made by the community over the years, here are some for the Temple Guardian, if you want to build your Temple Guardian as a support character I suggest you to develop the Source Warden aspect, since it's Combat Arts can heal and increase fire/ice resistance of your allies, and the Devout Guardian aspect for melee combat (buff and shield).

Sorry I couldn't be more specific, but if you have any question do not hesitate to ask!
