Hi Dobri, I've got a question concerning "Combat Discipline". Does the damage combat discipline grants simply add up to the minimum and maximum damage Blazing Tempest already inflicts? Is the burning duration affected? Or should I just put a single point in CD to benefit from the -10% regeneration time?
