  1. Good day. I got a question on updating the mod - I got the 2,3 version and have been playing with it for some time and today found out it was developed to 2.4b. How is it best to update mine? Disable it in the GME, then delete the folder I have in the MODS folder (I only used Sacred 2 EE 2.3 - Enhanced Spells) and then copy the all content of the new zip file and re-enable the Core module + the enhanced spells module? Also, I suppose it shouldn't break the character too much since I'm updating from a previous version and not from a default sacred2 char. Thank you in advance.
  2. Good day everyone. Please excuse me if the asked question is not connected to the mod, but I didn't want to open a whole topic just for 1 small question and Flix was kind enough to answer my previous one regarding the Tangled Vine range increase, so I thought maybe this also has to do something with a tool-tip? So the question itself is again about the tangled vine - I have noticed that with an upgrade for increased duration, it says 2s + 0.3 per level (of the spell I assume), haven't payed attention to this before, but now I see that with each level it shows an increase of 0.1s instead. Not sure how to provide a screenshot if it's necessary though. Could it be just a tool-tip thing? As I understand the spell description gets updates based on the mods you take for it (the movement speed decrease on the Twisted Curse got update when I got the according mod for it, the bronze one).
  3. Thank you very much for the replies. Sorry if I assumed it could be done or had been done before, my assumption was based on the fact that I saw a substantial list of those quests on the wiki, so I thought well most of the job is probably done, and maybe someone wanted to put that job on a map so to say. If I may, I would like to ask just 2 more last things then - 1) Could someone confirm that it's better to do quests 1 by 1, even with the CM patch, or it's ok do pick up a bunch and do them together? 2) How to backup my character files in more details, as Hooyaah suggested I would be grateful for the info and hopefully that would be enough to correct any mistakes I make while exploring Sacred :)
  4. Hello everyone. My apologies if there was already a topic on this, tried to search but couldn't find what I'm looking for, neither through google too. So currently playing through Sacred 2 with the CM patch and the EE mod from Flix, and all is good, but I'm the person who likes to try and do all the stuff that is there, so in terms of quests, I'd like to do as many of them as possible. I understand that there are 2 "paths" (good and bad) to take which add more quests, but for the time being I'm only concerned with quests available to 1 good-side character. Already made a mistake with a teddy bear quest, I took both the toy and the little bear (didn't know I should take the toy), came back to the girl, she ran away (literally) with the bear, and I got 2 red circled on the map, which after googling seems like I could get her the toy and then get back for the little bear and grow him for another quest. Kinda closed my eyes to this, though in Sacred 1 I'd just load a save, while here I think there are no save slots for 1 char, so like it always overwrites? In any case, in regards to doing all the quests, I found on the wiki that there's a list of all of them sorted by region or alphabet, but what I'm looking for, is some sort map of Ancaria with dots where there are quests to be taken, or a list in-game showing which I haven't done/have done. I don't need any walkthroughs of the quests or their end points of them atm, just don't want to not see a quest in some corner of a map I might miss, or in a place I pass through several times and just miss by accident. I plan to explore the map to the max as well, but sometimes the quest just takes me to some other place which is rather far away, which mixes up my careful advance. Also, I've read that if you take a lot of them and do at the same time, they bug out sometimes, so it's good to do them 1 by 1, which certainly doesn't help in my mission of completing all of them, since otherwise I could just take a quest as soon as I see one. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
  5. Thank you for a quick reply and clarification. I thought it was a bit strange since almost all the other CAs in your mod (for the dryad at least) do scale and on this one it just says 40% without any % increase with levels, so I thought well, it's either great or superbad, and decided to try it out. In any case I will try to pump it up a bit and see when I can achieve notable difference :)
  6. Hello everyone, been browsing darkmatters for some time now, for a lot of helpful and useful guides and tips, registered to download this mod as it looked like something that is too good to pass by. Haven't played Sacred 2 without it but atm playing a dryad and everything looks nice and good, so firstly, thank you for a great job. Now, when I was kinda planning on my build, I wanted to make a ranged bow dryad, so I found the Tangled Vines CA, which looked very useful to me to CC all the stuff and then shoot them at range. Just got the golden mod on it today, the extended range, and as far as I can tell, it's um, a very little increase? On the first page I haven't found any changes to this CA from this mod, nor from the Manual that was around page 35 or so here. On the CA itself in-game, it lists the increase in range as 40%, which seems accurate, since I only ever manage to root 2 mobs standing quite close to each other, super rarely 3. Was this change made in the Community Patch and is working as intended, and the 400% from the wiki page was considered too much? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding something, rather new to Sacred 2 in general
