on the ps3 verison, seems to still have this bug then, so I am forced to put the 75 points hard, what a drag lol

so I have a char with one and one with other, I am finding bargaining to net me alot better items both in drops from bosses and from shops of course. my question is does enhanced perception not really kick in until mastery ? wiki says it works all the time but I just dont see it that much. (currently level 26 base and 94 with bonuses) bargaining, I simply have above double my level on my other char and am getting alot of nice items.

I am just wondering now if it has to be 75 hard points for it to be mastery ? as the writting still appears in read even though I am well beyond level 75 in the skills. also it says max level without penalty at x, though some of my combat arts are still in decimal before that number. insight would be nice on this , also apologize if this is posted elsewhere

what exactly does it mean x% for opponent level death blow. and what does death blow do exactly ?

just a thought, I dont think effects like death blow can go over 100% hence its percentage would work like probability, though there is still a dimishing return rate that I have to factor in somewhere. I think the formula would be closer to : 50% chance 1 item 2nd item of 50% chance.... 50% chance of 50% that 1st occurance did not happen hence 25% 3rd item of 50% chance.. 50% chance of 25% chance that first 2 occurances did not happen..hence 12.75% though there does seem to be an added % diminishing as the data ihad for the 3 items added together ended up with a different x factor, hence there is something else affecting deathblow perhaps an attribute? either way my method gives a much closer value as the factor hovers around 1.1-1.6 may conduct own experiment later when I have death blow items .

ok so I wish to know how this skill actually works as the wiki said it is very powerful. I cant seem to get it to do any damange to anything, could someone please explain to me how to use this skill so that it is effective? I have the mods relapse, transmission , contaminate. any insight onto this skill would be useful..
