  1. Schot, I just opened up the Western Artamark map and went to mark a little bit. It seems there are no categories set up for the map yet? Is that something you can do now, or do you need to re-upload/setup the map? Edit: The Central Map has the categories, but the Western and Eastern do not.
  2. As far as I can tell, my HE Forens Shadow character has completed/accepted every quest in Tyr Lysia. Here is the list. Duel! 3. Thanks Gogo. Thank Schot though, his maps make it possible. Finished up Shadow in Thylyssium and surrounding areas. Basically Black Rock Manor and west should be done Shadow/Light, HE/TG. I know I am still missing some around bluestone lake and the dig site up north. Will fill them in soon though.
  4. Over onto a second page of markers in Eastern Tyr Lysia as well. Still have a lot more to check on the shadow character, and at least a dozen more that I know need to be added.
  5. Over onto a second page of markers in Western Tyr Lysia... Should be most of the Shadow/Light only quests marked, and the Temple Guardian/HE ones as well, may have missed a couple, will have to go over it in greater detail tomorrow.
  6. I have been changing most of them to Light/Shadow that are Light/Shadow only as I go back over them with a Shadow character. I will keep plugging away at them.
  7. Thanks Schot, we actually bought it back in June and we have been fixing it up the last month, so it was about time to move in. I know all the ones I did were done in SP/Campaign mode. I am going back now with a HE Forens Shadow character, and have checked about half the quests in Western Tyr Lysia. Do you think we should change the Character Used to All when we verify that the quest is available regardless of Class/Deity/Campaign status? Should be able to continue to plug away at these over the week, including changing some of the icons as I come across them.
  8. Looks good. I should be able to get back to marking them up either tomorrow or Wednesday. Spent all weekend moving into the new house, so hopefully things will quiet down here and I can get back to marking them up.
  9. I filled in the ones I was missing up near Noriath temple, I fully explored that area before, so no clue how I happened to miss those couple obvious quests I am working over near Sonnewind and Teardrop Hamlet now, and should have those wrapped up today if all goes well. Finished up Sonnewind and Teardrop Hamlet, as well as Blessed Rock Manor for a TG/Light single player.
  10. I think I have gotten most of them covered in the Western portion from a TG/Light campaign, I am sure I don't have any that are shadow only, or any of the other class/quest types. Eastern I have gotten all but 1 in Thylysium (can't remember where Dispossessed quest chain started from memory) once again from a TG/Light campaign. I went back and cleaned up the link names so that they layout better. BTW anyone who wants to not have to go to page 23 for access to the icons, just register at Maplib, go back to Schot's first post, right click on an icon you need "save image as" and save it to your desktop. Then go to Maplib and click the my pictures link, click the upload icons button, browse for the image, uncheck the share as public box, and then click the OK button (it appears in chinese for some reason for me, but it's all good), then they show up as your own icons. Rinse repeat a few times, and you have the most used icons pretty fast. Other tips, when you copy and paste a link into Maplib, it is still fully editable, without affecting where the link sends you, so feel free to dress up the names by deleting the unimportant stuff. Also, the quest location markers are drag/droppable, so if you make a mistake and need to move one, or find one out of position, it is a quick fix. Jerm
  11. Yes, everything I have put on so far has been from Single-player, I am not sure if they are single-player only or not though, so some of them may need to be changed around a little bit as we get more information on specifically what type of quest they are. I am not sure all the general markers are supposed to be general. I know some of them are light-only side quests, but I figured I would go ahead and put them on the map, and that way we could just change the icons later on. Schot, did we not want to try to differentiate between when something is a Light/Dark Side quest? Or just use the dual icon and let people drill-down on it to see which it is for? Going to go do some more quests now, Maplib seems to have issues early in the morning, must be daily maintenance.
  12. Another question. How do you want to handle quests that aren't in a chain in the logbook, but you have to complete one to get the next? For example: Deadly Catch -> An Eye for an Eye Dispossessed -> The Thieves of the Elven Capital -> Thieves and an Estranged Husband -> Assassination Lahrian is Missing -> Desperately Seeking Golem
  13. Ok, will go back and edit the chain quests that I have already put in when I get the chance. I have changed all the quests that I put in yesterday over to the new format, and added a few more. I put the Easter Bunny quest as an Easter Egg type, since that one is special/temporary? Colif, those Light Campaign Maps, what character is that with? I have explored pretty much all of Western Tyr Lysia on a TG, and don't have some of the quests that you show completed up near the White Griffon and Benny's Crop Circle areas... I am guessing you are a SW on that one too? Off to do some more! Jerm
  14. Another quick question. What do you want to do if a quest is a chain quest with multiple difficulties? Some quests start out at 1 star, go on to 2 or 3 or more. Do we list the most difficult, or just what the difficulty is for the start of the chain? Examples of these quests would be Judriel and Romdreal and The Alchemist, both in Thylysium. Jerm
  15. Schot, I marked a few, problems so far: - As of right now the Wiki doesn't have even red links on a lot of quests. - After completing quests, the completion ring isn't always back with the quest giver (only matters when you are trying to go back and mark up the map after the fact) - After completing quests the original quest giver isn't always shown in your log book (only matters when you are trying to go back and mark up the map after the fact) - Some General Quests may differ in Shadow versus Light Campaigns... I don't know if they would be light only, or shadow only, or just start in different places, should we designate the marks as being made by a certain class/campaign, and when another class/opposite campaign can verify that they start in the same place, they can remove that designation? For Instance, notice on the maps that Colif posted, down in the Seraphim valley area (SW of Sloeford) the light campaign has around 4 quests, and the shadow only has 1... My first impression is that the Wiki really needs to be the backbone of this map. Have the map point be the point with a link to the wiki page, that would further explain who gives the quest, where, and whether it is available for both the shadow/light campaigns or not. I will keep marking up the maps to the best of my ability, and hopefully any errors or uncertainties can be worked through. Also, I registered at both MapLib and here at Darkmatters just so I could contribute to this project, I am excited about it. Jerm
