Colossus rocked. They initially put some CG in for the Phoenix with fire and all that jazz, but during editing, it looked cheesy and they took it out. I think it was a good call because there would have been more complaints if it looked bad. Rogue couldn't fly because she didn't absorb the powers of that one super heroine (I forget who she was). She'll be a mutant again, in X4. Gambit will probably be in X4. Nightcrawler should have been there. The Juggernaut was made a mutant for this because they didn't wanted him to be a mutant and not someone with magic. Angel... what did you expect? But he is one of the original 5 X-Men and will be in the next movie. I'm not huge on X-Men history, but I think you're getting most of your info from the 90s cartoon, which has been altered a little as well. It's good to see people explain there points though. B)

I knew the relationship between Earth and the rest of the planets and the sun. It's fascinating to see that there are stars out there that completely eclipse us.

I read that it was fleet activity on a planet within 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, it tells you how much time since there was activity there. It also doesn't have to be your own fleet on your own planet (as was mentioned). It's usually how I gauge if a player fleet saves or increased the fleet at that planet. If there was a *, then I know there is some recent activity (besides my own).

I'm just curious. If I crash a player's fleet and it gives them a percentage moon chance. Does the moon form right away or can it form between the attack and when my recyclers get there?

Who said some of the X-Men die? Sure the Professor exploded, but then, somebody didn't sit around after the credits. Plus, it's only assumed that Cyclops was killed. Did anybody actually see him die? And the comment that the movie sucks, well I couldn't disagree with that more. It was an interesting story based on some very real issues. It played out as a very good continuation of a series, and I personally can't wait for X-Men 4. My only complaint was that they didn't use Colossus as much as they should have.

Interesting tactic. I'd help, but I'm not close nor strong enough to make a difference. Does this only works when a weaker player sends resources to a stronger player? A few weeks ago, a stronger player sent me 1.2 million deut from two different locations. I was only able to get half of it off that particular colony, but I was under the impression that stronger players can send down.

I feel the same. I think he's just a plant for PAX.

He brings up advancement. Now, I'm sure there may come a time when D.a.r.k will be looking for a new member to fill the ranks, and quite possibly, look to someone in the Wing. But as far as advancements go, I don't think it should be looked at like us members of the Wing are just sitting here in line to fill up the big leagues. Would I make the jump? Sure, but I'm not looking for it. And someday, I wouldn't mind being in the Wing when we take over the top ranked alliance in OGame, but that's down the road. I don't doubt that he's honest or sincere, but this is the first outsider looking to get in, and there's a fair advantage to be had if someone is on the inside.

And I posted this in the wrong thread... but went with the quote from this one.

Since I'm not nearly as optimistic, I'm very leary about having this particular applicant. My reasoning are the last three words in that quote: "crashed him twice". I can't help but think that it's less about joining D.a.r.k or the Wing and more about getting valuable information from the inside. I mean, how many of us have been crashed and then smiled like nothing was wrong and said that we admired how the crasher did that to us? Or attacked a Wing member (and we are weaker in some respects) and called it off because one of our stronger buddies scanned him back? I'm interested in seeing what was said in the PMs before I give my final opinion, but right now, I don't feel comfortable adding this one.
