Ryubusa 0 Posted May 22, 2009 Alright one of the mods (Tenacity, bronze) for Callous Execution reads: "Tenacity - An attack that will slightly recharge all combat arts. (4.9% + 0.1% per CA level recharged)" A couple things I'm wondering. First, does this increase the recharge rate of Callous Execution ITSELF as well? Or does it only recharge all OTHER combat arts, but not Callous Execution itself? Second, does this mean that EVERY TIME you use Callous Execution it will slightly recharge CAs? Like, will it stack? For example, if you use a Level 1 CE three times before a given Combat Arts recharge time is done, would CE have reduced the time of that CA by 15%? Or does it only work once per recharge time/cycle?
