Ork Necromancers quest for SW?

How do I get to the large Northern island where this class quest directs me? My blue class quest circle is on it but I have no means to get to it. I have searched the northern shores for boat merchants to take me there and I have found a couple captains but I do not have a destination point to teleport to on the island. Is there a quest I am missing to get to there or is it like the dragon maw pass I have to advance the main story line some more to get access to the island. Thank you for your replies. I play on the XBOX 360.

If you haven't completed the gold main quest up to the passage to the Seraphim island (which is the nortern-most island in Ancaria), then you won't have a ship-port to take you there. It's a bummer, I know :/
