The Undead Legion Quest is also an excellent choice,, as well as it's reward.

It is lengthy to say the least, but, you'll get tons ( I did ) xp, and goodies.

I would have thought around Clearview (where the Undead Legion quest takes place) would be fairly good for undead, especially the north-east & north-west.

For humans the north of artamark where the humans with fire swords has some large mobs of humans. They are kind of dangerous. The crusade quest starting on the road from the main quest honkey tonk lodge somewhere in between that island (along the north) there is the start of the crusade quest which is LONG and has NO reward afaik.

 

They are kind of dangerous though relative to the rest of artamark, but I killed them with ancient bark on (taking 20% more fire damage)!

 

Part of the Crusade is near kuffereth castle as gogo has mentioned..
