bd202020 0 Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 Hi all, Currently having no luck finding the entrance to the small dragon cave for the "Rise of Shirka Alana" Inquisitor class quest where I have to escort her, I can see it's in the mountains somewhere and seem to have tried walking around every part of it at least 7 or 8 times now but no luck. It's driving me crazy now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS Great game, very underated and very addictive.! 50hrs in only 20% of map open so far! Link to comment
colif 36 Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 Small dragon is an apt description as he isn't very big. The cave location is central to this photo: It is up the path behind a church. Go to the right when in cave as its a big cave and you may not find dragon straight away. I didn't go very much further into region, This inquisitor was just created to answer another question you may have shortly... Link to comment

New on these boards so had posted on the console section as well so had been given the info. Still can't believe how many times I went back to that temple and missed that path previously. Seems so obvious now! I'm curious now as to what the question may be?! I do have one but not sure if it's the one you mean, I have completed this part and moved on to where I have to kill a certain person not long afterwards but he just won't die!! I spend all the time chasing him around only to get him down to almost zero health but he regens to max every single time. I'm a level 28 Inquisitor on Bronze, I pretty much one shot every body (not hard on Bronze I'm guessing!) and killed the troll boss in about 60secs even though he regens as well and have killed a ceratin LARGE dragon in the main quest very easily. So don't think it's a weak character thing? Link to comment

It seems not enough people play an Inquisitor to make enough noise to have this bug fixed. I had this exact same problem about 8 months ago, my 1st character to beat game was an Inquisitor and he had this happen (it was long before I knew about the restart trick) and he would chase me every time I approached the orange spot. I think I gave up and did side quests and next time I was playing I tried again. No, the question I was expecting you to ask next is how do I get to Semil Kayten on the island. To stop you asking, the answer is follow the orange quest and it will take you there. Link to comment

Several examples, all occurred more than once; kill someone, but he isn't marked hostile so you can't target or hit! talk to someone, but he is marked hostile so you can't talk! pick up a item, except it doesn't drop.... The solution every time; save and start the game again. Link to comment
