Hmm if I understood it right you're asking if the Buff Sinister Predator affects recharge times of Darting Assault & all of the same aspect Combat Arts ?

 

If that's your question then my anwser is: yes if you take "Hunting Focus" gold mod of Sinister Predator

I want to know if perforate aspect of the Sinister Predator allows the arrow darting Assault charge and to move through the enemy

I have never chosen perforate on any Dryad I have ever made. CTH is the most important thing for her, and you can never get enough of it, especially at higher levels. I'd much rather that I at least hit something without having to think whether there is an enemy behind it that will be hit and thereby win me a benefit from this.
