Which monster is the best to farm for any class-runes?

Well, I want to improve my Inquisitor's Nefarious Netherworld now, but I am consistantly empty with runes, of any kind!

 

Anyways, I was wondering, is it faster to get runes by making a new char. and taking all the char's runes into the chest, and transferring them into my main?

Starting a new toon just for runes can help. If you follow one of the mounted builds floating around they cant use any Combat Arts which means that they dont need any runes. level one of them up for a level or 30 and you should be drowning in runes!
