So...I finally got a Gym Membership.

Lol, I was gonna schedule my entire summer to play Sacred 2 :Just_Cuz_12:

 

BUT, now I got membership at this really nice gym and have a couple of questions.

 

 

K, so they have every kind of muscle workout there, you name it, biceps, abdominal s, calf etc.

And I was wondering. I have a "6 pack" but I cannot truly call it that yet.

The last set of abs, the 2 lower ones, are just slightly showing, but not a lot.

 

Anyways, I was wondering, If I were to work out my lower abdominals everyday at the gym, how long would it take me to get the complete six pack?

It depends on how you diet and the intensity of your workout.

 

I would suggest doing a lot of reps that way you have more of a cut rather than muscle. It will be a faster way to get the six pack.

I can't help you here....I got 6 pack abs....just now they're made by Budweiser

Speaking of beer Im going to go grab one out of the fridge right now.

 

I got an awesome 18 pack though. Might by 1-2 30's for 4th of July though.

 

Thats awesome arm exercise for me. Up with full beer down with empty bottle. Rinse and Repeat.
