Ice & Blood/patch/200CA bug

I am fighting the need to download Ice and Blood every day. The problem I am having is if I should wait for the "patch" that will fix the problem with the CA going over 200.

In the days that I have been fighting the need to download I came up to some interesting question hope someone can answer it.

Now lets say I wait for the "patch" to come out. So at that time I get Ice and Blood I install it and I patch the game before starting it up will my toons that have over 200 get reset or the patch will take priority? So does anyone know what will happen since I am at a lost?

Nothing will happen to your Combat Arts with over 200 runes read, I have chars with 500 & 600 in Grim Resilience that don't got resetted when I loaded my char in Ice and Blood, not even when I accidently memorized another rune with already 600 read.

I meant level200 of the CA I have over 2000 runes read to get it there.

Have never heard anything about what happens if CA level goes over 200, only thing I've heard is the rune cap, sorry for my useless information

Either way it will be unfair for the new players not to have this 'advantage', don't you think?
