Another Rune Question

my last question recieved an almost immediate response. so I figured someone could help me with this, because I dont want to pump runes only to find out ive made a terrible mistake. ok so I know there are different levels of runes (Combat Art +1 and Combat Art +2, etc). and each rune read raises the corresponding Combat Art, along with its regen time. so reading a +2 rune will give a double increase as a +1 rune. but does it also give double regen increase? and should I wait to increase buffs with higher level runes?

The +2 will only give you the +2 if socketed, reading a rune with +1 or +6 doesn't matter as you will go up max one level in your Combat Art's.

But yes, if you increase a Combat Art by +2 (from socketted runes), you'll get twice the regen time increase than if you increased it by +1. Though socketted +Combat Art gives you less of an increase to regen times than if you right-click a rune.
