Ok my dessert

Serves 4

 

Take a pot of yoghurt (good quality)

 

Divide into quarter portions

 

put each portion into a small bowl

 

add 1 1/2 table spoons to 2 tablespoons of blueberry or raspberry or strawberry jam (or jelly as americans say, sorry GoGo I dunno what its called in canada )

 

add 1 table spoon of elderflower cordial

 

mix up

 

OPTIONAL: add a sprig of mint

 

serve

 

 

and GoGo and other alchohol lovers you could probably add some alchohol or other....
