Expert touch for pyromancer ?

SO if I understand the description of this expert touch mode, a pure Pyromancer HE should really benefit from this, of is this a mute point considering grand invigoration's effect ?

Expert touch gives you a global regen bonus effectively which is a good thing. But the disadvantage is that instead of having delphic and Pyromancer timers separated now they are the same timer. So for example if you cast expulse magic you can't follow that up as easily with a blazing tempest because the delphic Combat Art will rollback the timer on your Pyromancer arts just as if they were all one big aspect. Make sense?

 

If your casting most all your spells Pyromancer then it is a good move. If you were bobbing and weaving between meteors and magic coup then it would be a bad move.
