Adding a buddy/ inviting others?

I play allot on the open net with a view people, but when I try to add them as a buddy I got a massage saying its okey. a bit later it says "error 2 request not allowed" or something

 

Same thing goes for inviting other people, it goes fine up to the point that there in and a bit later it will give a message it failed. but it still shares xp and stuff...

 

Is this one of the many features or can I do something against it?
