Can't get my ingame map to look good

hej. I was trying a new resulotion in sacred 2... before. everything was fine. but now. the game is good and all.

 

but when I press m and, see the map. I cant se anything almost... its like a map with only 800 pixels... realy bad quality map...

 

I tryed to reinstall it. but nothing changes... and I cant update it... my computer says it cant register it ? how do I update also

 

I have a great computer, and the version is 2.02 I think.. I just bought it

hei. I have tried to download theese pathec.. not extacnly from this site, but from sacreds homepage.. and when I try to patch it.. (click on the patch file).. it say that it cannot register sacred 2. and I should reinstal it :S
