"Blood Frenzy" mod for Dragon Beserk

Hey guys, I'm upto my final mod for Dragon Beserk, and ive been putting it off because I have no idea what Blood Frenzy, would be great if someone can inform,

If dragon berzerk is activated:

It gives 14.85seconds +.15seconds per combat art level duration.

If you are below 25% hitpoints it will increase damage by 100% + 5% per CA-level

It gives 29.5% +.5% per CA-level attack speed.

 

Because of the nearly non existant armour of a berzerker it is very very very very very riscy to stay below 25% hitpoints to get more damage.
