Has this ever happened to anyone?

I know the obvious answer is "did you put on gear over your level"? Well, no I did not but my Seraphim's run speed was reduced to 72 percent. I was farming the orc cave when all of a sudden I noticed her speed was impaired. Any idea why this happen? I am hoping it well go away when I restart the game.

the champion Ogre warriors in the area cast an ice spell that will reduce your run speed. the ice elementals on Seraphim Isle do the same thing.

Thanks for the fast reply. So, when that happens the only way to go back to normal is to reload the game?

It should only be temporary, but I have had an occasion when running the Orc cave, where they nailed me on the exit and re-entry and the effect stuck when I entered the cave.(had to restart the game to clear it) So if you come out of the cave and one of those guys casts his ice spell, don't go back in to the cave until you kill him or the affect wears off.

yah, this can happen. When you are about to enter the cave, and you get nailed by the spell, it can stick.

 

A reload solves the problem.
