Yes.. The CM Patch will reactivate the Christmas Island quest - AND it will also allow you to play the Northland Campaign as well.

You will need the full Ice and Blood expansion as well as all of the patches to get you up to 2.65.2 installed.

The XMAS-patch, as a pre-version of the cm-patch, has no new content, it only reactivates, what's already in the game, so this should be the same for the italian version.

 

The cm-patch now has reached a stage where we're integrating new content into the game. Current translations are english, german, spanish, italian, french and russian. Each more or less complete, depending on the activities of our friends on the different boards, darkmatters and the official sacred2 boards.

I'm not sure about Gordius' Xmas Patch, but I do believe the folks doing the CM Patch are doing their best to make the CM Patch available in multiple languages - and I believe Italian is one of them.

I know you know, but I've often seen the question "can I use the cm-patch on top of the xmas-patch?" these days, so I'll better tell about this one time more than less. Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, the same goes for the spanisch version, but the translation of our new content (cm-patch 0100) into spanish language is not as complete as into italian language. We are still looking for people to help us with the translations. Any volunteers?

^ That's pretty much it. And as the CM-thread in Modding section states, any currently missing lines will be displayed in English.

You're perfectly right, Stormwing. Version 0094 has it's gaps in different languages, but 0100 will be a lot better. I don't think it will already be perfect, so feel free to report any missing, not translated or misspelled line in the cm patch thread or our bugtracker.
